Àsdis Frimannsdottir er født i Akureyri på Island i 1964. Hun blev uddannet guldsmed i 1991, og har siden 1992 drevet sit eget galleri og butik.

Desuden har hun deltaget i diverse udstillinger i ind- og udland igennem de sidste 20 år. Igennem de senere år har hun også været at finde i en stand på musikfestivalen Copenhell.

Àsdis Frimannsdottir was born on Iceland in the town of Akureyri in 1964. She finished her training as a jewelcrafter in 1991, and since 1992 she has owned her own gallery and store.

Throughout the last twenty years she has also participated in several exhibitions in both Denmark and abroad. And for the past years it has also been possible to find her and her jewellery in a stall at the danish music festival Copenhell.
